Shipping and Delivery Policy

We proudly ship FurAway products to North America and Europe. While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, we cannot guarantee arrival dates or be responsible for delays as we rely on third-party shipping carriers.

Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and package weight and are displayed during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable as they are charged directly by the shipping carrier.

Faster Delivery Option

Need your FurAway order faster? You can upgrade your shipping during checkout for an additional fee. Please note: Even with shipping upgrades, unexpected delays (e.g., customs processing, weather, labor strikes, or peak season) can occur and are beyond our control. These update fees are also non-refundable.

Customs and Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping company errors, natural disasters, or other external factors. Import fees, customs charges, or additional taxes are the customer's responsibility. If a package is marked as delivered or incomplete by the shipping company and was not delivered correctly, we will resolve the issue by reshipping the order after inspection.


IMPORTANT:

  • We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing shipping information.

  • We do not offer refunds for orders returned to sender for any reason.

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If the address is incorrect and the package is already shipped, a reshipping fee will apply to resend the order.

If you need to correct your shipping information, contact us immediately at support@furaway.life. Changes are only possible if your order has not yet shipped.


30-Day Standard Return Guarantee

We fully believe in the results FurAway can bring to you and your pet. That’s why we offer our 30-Day Return Guarantee — to give you peace of mind while trying our products.

How It Works:

If you're not satisfied with your FurAway purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Step-by-Step Return Requirements:

Request Your Return:
Email support@furaway.life to begin the process. This step is required.

Provide Video Proof of Use:
To qualify for a refund, you must submit daily videos (minimum 5 minutes each) showing consistent use of the product over 30 consecutive days. Each video must clearly demonstrate the correct usage of the product.

Visible Results Required:
If, after 30 consecutive days of correct use, there is no visible improvement, a refund will be approved upon return.

Shipping Your Return:
Once approved, customers are responsible for creating their own return label and covering return shipping fees. All original items must be returned.

Return Tracking:
Email your tracking number once the return package is on its way.

Refund Processing:
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: The 30-day video use period and the shipment of your return must occur within the 30-day window. The package does not need to be received within that timeframe, but it must be shipped before the deadline.

This process ensures fair usage of our return policy and protects against abuse. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to using FurAway properly!


Damaged Product Policy

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll send a replacement at no cost within 30 days of delivery.

This does not cover user-related damage, impact, or misuse.

To process a replacement:

  • Email us with clear photo or video evidence showing the defect.

  • Ensure your video also demonstrates correct use of the product.

Refunds are not available under this policy.

Replacements cannot be requested after 30 days.


Lifetime Warranty Policy

We offer an optional Lifetime Warranty for long-term peace of mind. This policy covers product malfunctions, device damage, or manufacturing defects forever.

To make a warranty claim:

  • Submit photo or video evidence.

  • No need to return the product.

  • Once the issue is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement promptly.

Please Note:

  • This warranty must be purchased on the same day as your original order.

  • It only applies to items from that specific order.


Same-Day Processing & Shipping Protection (Optional Upgrade)

This upgrade guarantees your order will be processed and shipped within 3 day (excluding weekends and holidays).

It also includes shipping protection:

  • If your package is lost in transit or returned due to courier error, we’ll reship it at no cost.

However, it does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.

  • Packages returned due to customer error — these require an additional shipping fee for resending.

This upgrade is non-refundable.
